LIGHT ROAST

COSMIC LIGHT:   Flavor uncompromised,  tangy, crisp apple, intensely aromatic and citrus like acidity. It's like coffee from the 70's. Awesome for Iced Coffee!

MEDIUM ROAST/ CITY PLUS

SKY WALKER;  A crowd favorite, caramel, honey, cocoa, a touch of tang, floral sweet with an aromatic wood finish.

MEDIUM DARK / FRENCH ROAST

CHIEF SAM: Great for Espresso, complex flavor, Cocoa, Hazelnut, raw cane juice, bittersweet, its yum.

A BIT DARKER / VIENNA ROAST

DOMINCAN REPUBLIC / Ramirez Estate

Red Honey Processed. The fruit is left on the bean as part of the drying process. This makes for a Creamy chocolate flavor, smooth caramel finish.

FREIGHT TRAIN:  CHOCOLATE POW!  Delightfully Complex Thick and Rich layers of chocolate, dark caramel,  a finish that puts a smile on your face.
